What is DIY AppDesigner?
DIY AppDesigner is a simple and easy, step by step, white label App builder that allows you to design and create your very own Mobile Apps. DIY AppDesigner allows our resellers the ability to on sell and create a passive monthly income.
Are there any upfront costs to use DIY AppDesigner?
Designing and creating your very own Mobile App is completely free. Once you have finished using the App Designer, and you are happy with how your App looks, you can choose to pay a subscription in order to publish your App to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How does the Single Reseller Program work?
Once a Single Reseller has built and purchased a subscription for their first App, we'll automatically create a Single User Resellers dashboard. This allows you to edit, manage App content and subscriptions from your Single User Resellers dashboard. It also provides access to all Corporate Reseller benefits, including the use of the White Label App Previewer, White Label Client CMS and have your brand/logo on the launch screen of all your App’s.
How does the Corporate Reseller Program work?
Once a Corporate Reseller has been qualified and approved, we'll create your Corporate Resellers dashboard. This allows you and your employees to edit, manage App content and subscriptions from your Corporate Resellers dashboard. and all Reseller benefits, the use of the White Label App Previewer and Corporate Branded CMS and have your brand/logo on the launch screen of all your App.

How much does an App subscription cost?
App subscriptions are paid monthly with no upfront design or development fees. To learn more about our pricing structure, click here
When do I pay for my App?
No payment is required while designing and populating your App with features. Once you are happy with your design you can purchase a monthly subscription. This activates your account and prompts our development team to prepare your App for publication to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
What payment options do I have?
App Subscriptions can be paid for using PayPal, which accepts EFT or Credit Card.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time – there are no lock-in contracts.
Will my App work on every Mobile phone?
The Apps are available on all Apple and Android mobile devices. Older mobile phone models may experience difficulties viewing the App, due to a lack of support given by the manufacturer.
Will my App work on iPads and Tablets?
All Tablets that have access to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store will be able to download your App. We are always working on further optimising our App software for iPad and Tablet use.
Is there any on-going support after my App is live?
Yes, we provide email support to all our Single Resellers and extended support for our Corporate Resellers.
Is it possible to access or use phone's camera in the App?
There are currently several features that can access the photo library or the camera while in use. The App will ask for a user's permission before attempting to access the camera. Users can adjust an App's permissions through the settings of their mobile device.

Does my CMS provide App Analytics?
Once your App has been published to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, you can start viewing App Analytics via the App Content Management System (CMS). To learn more about the App Analytics, please watch our CMS video: https://diyappdesigner.com/support-centre
Can I show any App updates / edit’s to my customers once the App is live?
Just use our non-branded App Previewer. It has no references to DIY AppDesigner. Your clients can download the App Previewer and you provide their unique login and password. They’ll also be able to view their App while you are updating and / or building it.
Can I send out Push Notifications from my DIY App?
Each App can send out Push Notifications to subscribers that have downloaded the App. Once your App has been published and is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, you will be able to send Push Notifications using the App Content Management System (CMS). How do I edit, update and manage my App after activation?
The App Content Management System (CMS) allows you to control and manage the content within your App - without technical training. You can easily ADD, DELETE or EDIT text and images in your App throughout the design once your App has been published to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. What App stores will my App be available on?
Each App is published on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. This allows all Apple devices and all devices using an Android operating system to view and download your App.
Do I need to enroll into the Apple Developer Program?
Apple requires all App owners to enroll into the Apple Developer Program subscription is USD$99 / AUD$149. Your client’s will need to enroll into the Apple Developer Program in order to comply with Apple’s Guidelines. Once enrolled, your clients will invite our white label Apple ID as an admin to, both, their Apple Connect account and Developer Program in order to publish the App, to purchase a developer account, visit: https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll
Do I need to enroll into the Google Developer Program?
Only Corporate Resellers are required, to hold a Google Single User Reseller is not mandatory. Each App requires a Google Play subscription which is a once off USD$25 / AUD$35.
Do I get to select my App name?
After purchasing an DIY AppDesigner subscription, you will be asked to provide details for your App that will appear on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These details include an App name (shown in the App stores) and Springboard title (the name of the App when downloaded to a device).
Can I use a specific App Icon that I have created?
After purchasing a DIY AppDesigner subscription, you will be asked provide details for your App that will appear on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You will have the ability to upload an image that will be used as an App Icon. If you do not upload an App Icon, one will be created for you using your company logo.
Will my App cost anything on the Apple and Google App Stores?
By default, your App will be available for free on the Apple and Google App Store. If you want to monetise your App by selling it for a price, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Who owns the App after publication?
You own the design, images, content and the subscriber database of your App. DIY AppDesigner will submit the App on your behalf through the Apple App Store and Google Play. DIY AppDesigner ™ is the owner of the App framework and supporting software.
How long does it take to Publish my App?
Once we are happy with the content and information you provide for your App, we will submit the App to Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store. This process can take anywhere between 2 – 5 business days for, both, Apple and Google to review and publish your App.
